    changelog: http://freshmeat.net/projects/dwun/changelog/

    description:
Dwun is a program which keeps a connection up while there are clients
who wish to be connected and drops it as soon as no such clients
remain. It is primarily for use on a NAT (IP masquerading) gateway with
a PPP connection. Dwun is easy to set up because it can use your
    existing dial scripts.

    changes:
An option to wait until onconnect has run before telling a user the
connection is up has been added. Onconnect and ondisconnect can no
longer run at the same time, and a compatibility library for systems
    without snprintf has been included.
