About: 4tH is a Forth compiler with a little difference. Instead of the
standard Forth engine it features a conventional compiler. 4tH is a very
small compiler that can create bytecode, C-embeddable bytecode, standalone
executables, but also works fine as a scripting language. It supports over
85% of the ANS Forth CORE wordset and features conditional compilation,
pipes, files, assertions, forward declarations, recursion, include files,
etc. It comes with an RPN calculator, line editor, compiler, decompiler,
C-source generators, and a virtual machine.

Changes: The compiler has been optimized for both size and speed. Some
programs and library members were rewritten.

About: 5ball is similar to klines, but bigger (and meant for at least
1024x768 screen res.). It includes many options such as different board
size, number of different colors, undo, different themes, etc. The object
is to make a line of 5 like- color balls which will eliminate them from the
grid. Score as much as you can before the grid fills. 3 new balls are
placed randomly on the grid each time you move without making a line.

Changes: A matching theme for a screen resolution of 800x600 was added.
Older themes with "animation" were removed. Code related to "animation"
was removed. The documentation was updated.

About: The Advanced Bash Scripting Guide is both a reference and a
tutorial on shell scripting. This comprehensive book (the equivalent of
about 612 print pages) covers almost every aspect of shell scripting. It
contains 300 profusely commented illustrative examples (including such
goodies as an anti-spammer script), and a number of tables. Not just a
shell scripting tutorial, this book also provides an introduction to basic
programming techniques, such as sorting and recursion. It is well suited
for either individual study or classroom use.

Changes: Many small corrections and bugfixes were made throughout the
book. Much new material was added, including a couple of new example
scripts. More info on new features of Bash 3 was added. The "Localization"
appendix was heavily edited.

patched.

About: aspell-da is an aspell dictionary for spell-checking Danish texts.
It is based on "Den store danske ordliste" (The Comprehensive Danish
Dictionary).

Changes: This release adds some words and removes some misspellings. This
is a special release to compensate for strange behaviour in
OpenOffice.org/Myspell. OpenOffice.org requires that all the words that
make up a compound word carry the compound word flag. This means that
practically all the words should carry the compound word flag, and not
only the words that are valid as the first half of a compound word. Now
(practically) only the letters of the alphabet do not carry the compound
word flag.

and can serve as a full backup/restore system for MS Windows systems that

9x/ME/NT/2k/XP) was added to download the recent versions of BG-Rescue
Linux and F-Prot and create the bootable ISO image. The Linux kernel was
updated to 2.4.27. busybox was updated to 1.00, gpart to 0.1h to support
ReiserFS 3.6, lilo to 22.6, mdadm to 1.7.0, ntfsprogs to 1.9.4,
pcmcia-cardmgr to 3.2.8, reiserfsck to 3.6.18, smbclient to 1.9.18p8 to

About: BHL is an Emacs mode which enables you to convert plain text files

transmission hologram using just a computer, a laser printer, and an
overhead transparency. This hologram will behave like one created using a

About: CVM (Credential Validation Module) is a modular system for
validating credentials and providing information about them, using either
piped command execution, Unix sockets, or UDP as the data transport. It is
designed to be simpler than other existing systems (like PAM and Courier's
authentication modules) and yet adequately functional for the majority of
tasks.

Changes: "Lookup mode" common code was added, and is available in all
modules. A new cvm-qmail module was added, which can be used to verify the
validity of recipient addresses on qmail systems. Some compile problems

About: DSPAM is a server-side statistical anti-spam agent for Unix email
servers. It masquerades as the email server's local delivery agent and
effectively filters spam using a combination of de-obfuscation techniques,

yielded real-world success rates beyond 99.9% accuracy with less than a

About: libkdtree++ is a C++ template container implementation of
k-dimensional space sorting, using a kd-tree. It sports a theoretically
unlimited number of dimensions, and can store any data structure. Provided
the data structure, it provides operator[0 - k-1] to access the individual
dimensional components (arrays, std::vector already do) and a std::less
implementation for the type of dimensional components. It has support for
custom allocators, implements iterators, and provides standard find as
well as range queries. It has amortised O(lg n) time (O(n lg n) worst
case) on most operations (insert/erase/find optimised) and worst-case O(n)
space, and also provides a means to rebalance and thus optimise the tree.

Changes: This release includes some minor feature enhancements and
bugfixes.

multithreaded applications. Hoard can dramatically improve your
application's performance on multiprocessor machines. No changes to your
source are necessary; just link it in. Hoard scales linearly up to at
least 14 processors. The supported platforms include Linux, Solaris, and
Windows NT/2000/XP.

Changes: Several performance optimizations and a minor bugfix for
non-Windows platforms (the bug is obscure and rare, but updating to this
version is recommended if you are using the 3.x series). This release
compiles cleanly for the SunWorks C compiler, which produces surprisingly
bad code for Hoard (it does not handle templates well), GNU C is strongly
recommended for Solaris platforms. Performance improvements are
substantial, even for single-threaded code.

share kill) bug has been fixed. Torrents are now stopped differently. This
version no longer uses the kill command; stats are now reported to the
tracker when the torrent is stopped. Directory browsing was enhanced with
file type icons.
