About: The BioAPI Specification is intended to provide a high-level
generic biometric authentication model, one suited for any form of
biometric technology. It covers the basic functions of Enrollment,

About: FreeVMS is an OpenVMS-like operating system which can run on
several architectures like i386, PPC, Alpha, and many others. It consists
of a POSIX kernel and a DCL command line interpreter. The only
architecture currently supported is i386.
Changes: Support for dynamic linked images was added. A new linker is
available, and it can now also do dynamic linking. The binary format has
changed, so recompiling is necessary. It will change again in the future.
The only currently working program is a simple example program, cef.exe.
Both formats have dynamic linked commands with d prefixed, so far only
directory, run as ddirectory.

About: GeboGebo is a wiki system written for tdbengine. It stores all data
in a local database structure and thus provides an indexed fulltext search.
It uses a simple syntax, and has user lists, pages history, a missing pages
list, and a recent changes list. Image and file upload are possible, but
can be disabled. This allows it to work as a small document management
system. A blacklist allows you to lock existing pages from being edited or
new pages from being created. It can also be run in static mode, where all
pages are additionally held as static HTML pages.
Changes: A new miniature HTTP server allows the GeboGebo wiki to be used
out of the box. This is ideal for testing, since one does not need to have
a complete Web server running or configured to run tdbengine programs. Two

About: SODE uses long Taylor series to solve systems of ordinary
differential equations. It generates code to solve the equations in either
Icon (or Unicon) or Maple. Using the Taylor series, estimates are made of

About: Tea4CUPS is similar in functionality to the *nix command "tee", but
in the form of a CUPS (Common UNIX Printing System) backend. Tea4CUPS
captures a print job's data in their final form while they are being sent

About: X-Plane is a flight simulator that reads in the geometric shape of
any aircraft and then figures out how that aircraft will fly. It does this
via an engineering process called "blade element theory", which involves
breaking the aircraft down into many small elements and then finding the
forces on each little element many times per second. These forces are then
converted into accelerations, which are then integrated to velocities and
positions. This gives X-Plane the most realistic flight model available
for personal computers.
