About: anymeal is a cookbook database front-end. It can handle more than
100,000 recipes, and can search recipes for a given set of ingredients. It
is designed to be lean and flexible.

Changes: This release can recode ISO-8859-1 Mealmaster files to UTF-8 on

threaded forum system differs from regular, flat forum systems in that

ability to nest forums, and moderation tools.

Changes: This release includes new features such as a highlighter when
searching, a new search engine, the ability to preview your signature when
editing it, an improved account profile, and an atom feed. For
administrators, a new permission giving individual access to IP addresses
has been added, the ability to block posts and registrations if they are
coming from an open proxy, a view online users panel, and a version
checker in the admin panel. This release also includes bugfixes, including
a security fix and some minor fixes.

implementation, as well as compatibility with newer Mono versions. The

About: Botan is a C++ library of cryptographic algorithms. It includes a
wide selection of cryptographic algorithms (including AES, DES, SHA-1,
RSA, and DSA, among many others). It also support X.509 certificates and
several common certificate-related formats and protocols. It has a high
level interface, is easily portable to most systems and compilers, and
includes a substantial tutorial and API reference.

Changes: The memory allocator was profiled and rewritten. A memory leak in
the Output_Buffers class and a difficult to hit bug in MISTY1::key were
both fixed. Memory caching in Montgomery exponentiation is greatly
improved, leading to a major performance increase in RSA/DSA compared to
the 1.4.11 release (20-80% seems typical). The addition and subtraction
algorithms have also been optimized.

About: dwdiff is a front-end for the diff program that operates at the
word level instead of the line level. It is different from wdiff in that
it allows the user to specify what should be considered whitespace, and
in that it takes an optional list of characters that should be considered
delimiters. Delimiters are single characters that are treated as if they
are words, even when there is no whitespace separating them from
preceding words or delimiters. dwdiff is mostly commandline compatible
with wdiff. The default output from dwdiff is the new text, with the
deleted and inserted parts annotated with markers. Command line options
are available to change both what is printed and the markers.

available for purchase with additional levels and features for those who
want a little something more. It includes an integrated online chat
system. Hardware 3D acceleration is highly recommended.

Changes: Central handshaking time was reduced. The patch system was
completely rewritten. A progress meter is now displayed while downloads
are taking place. Internal downloading capability was added. Problems with
Ctrl and fullscreen were fixed. Suggest-a-game was added, which helps you
pick a first game to try. Patch launching on Linux now gives proper
output. Parity was added to the teaser demo along with additional Parity
backdrops. Additional levels were included (the Gold or Silver Edition is
required to play them). The mirrored sky and black texture borders were
fixed for some 3D cards. Additional tweaks were made.

files with a client browser to a remote Web server. It features the
ability to upload multiple files, a file-extension check, a maximum

compatible with the PHP directive "register_globals=off".

Changes: The resizing process of bigger images (over 1 MB) inside the
photo upload extension takes many resources. A better way is the use of
ImageMagick in place of the GD library. Just switch the new boolean
$use_image_magick inside the photo_upload extension. The methods
img_rotate() and thumbs() are modified to be used with ImageMagick
commands. You need to have access to the command line (exec() command) to
use this feature.

About: GalaxyMage is a tactical/strategic RPG. A tactical RPG is a type of
role-playing game where turn-based battles are fought on a 3D map. Examples
of commercial tactical RPGs include Final Fantasy Tactics, Vandal Hearts,
and Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. GalaxyMage is designed to be relatively
simple to pick up and play without getting bogged down in the details of
the battle mechanics. But it also allows for a lot of character
development and customization.

Changes: Random map and scenario generators have been added. The AI has
been improved significantly: it is much stronger and uses a wide variety
of different attacks. New character classes have been added. The engine
now supports a wide variety of new status effects; new abilities that use
some of these effects have also been added. There are many user interface
improvements, most notably joystick support and support for canceling a
unit's movement if it has not yet attacked. Terrain smoothing has also
been added, which makes slopes on maps look much nicer.

implements a detection/prevention/containment strategy. It prevents most
forms of address space modification, confines programs via its Role-Based
Access Control system, hardens syscalls, provides full-featured auditing,

performance, ease-of-use, and security. The RBAC system has an intelligent
learning mode that can generate least privilege policies for the entire
system with no configuration. All of grsecurity supports a feature that
logs the IP of the attacker that causes an alert or audit.

Changes: Changes in this release include new PaX flag support in the RBAC
system, interface support for RBAC network policies, additional gradm
analysis, a sysctl variable for disabling the ability to load or unload
kernel modules at runtime, PaX updates, and a fix for a serious RBAC bug
where an admin role could be left on a restarted service if the admin
exited his shell without unauthenticating from the role first.

About: Gtk2::Ex::Datasheet::DBI is a Perl module that is used in
conjunction with Gtk2::Perl to give data-aware "datasheet" functionality.
The programmer creates a GUI with Gtk2-Perl (and possibly Gtk2-GladeXML),
and then creates a Gtk2::Ex::Datasheet::DBI object, which then "binds" a
DBI data source to the datasheet, managing querying, navigating records,
applying updates to the database, and error handling.

Changes: SQL clause handling has been overhauled. Now all SQL-related
stuff is in the 'sql' hash. Legacy mode support has been added to handle
0.x requests. Support for placeholders in the where clause has been added
(this is a security feature; please use it ). Detection of primary key
from column_info() has been added. More robust error handling has been
added. There are other bugfixes and cleanups.

About: L7-filter is a Netfilter match module which classifies packets
based on application layer (OSI layer 7) data. This means that it is able
to classify packets as HTTP, FTP, Gnucleus, Kazaa, etc., regardless of
ports. It complements existing matches that classify based on port

allows for full layer 7 packet shaping.

About: LoggedFS is a transparent fuse-filesystem which allows you to log
every operation that happens in the backend filesystem. Logs can be
written to syslog, to a file, or to standard output. It comes with an XML
configuration file in which you can choose exactly what you want to log.
You can add filters on users, operations (open, read, write, chown, chmod,
etc.), filenames, and return codes. Filename's filters are regular
expressions. Since it is fuse-based, you don't need to change anything in
your kernel or hard disk partition to use it.

Changes: LoggedFS is now transparent, so you don't need a backend and a
mountpoint anymore. You can just do "loggedfs -f -p /var" and see what
happens in /var. There is a new attribute in the XML configuration to log
only successes or failures. There is a new -l option to log to a file.

About: Resubmit is a script used to correct faulty entries in FreeDB. It
is intended for use with Konqueror (KDE) while browsing freedb.org, but it
also works on the command line. With one click, a new message will be
prepared, ready for resubmission. All words will have first character
uppercase, and some standardization is enforced according to the naming
rules of freedb.org. Corrections can be made before sending the improved
message to freedb.org.

Changes: Resubmit now also works without Kmail. The default is now to use
nail. Resubmit will open a text editor and then send the file saved in
$HOME/.cddb/category/ via nail. The configuration file can be used to

About: WP Clipart is an attempt to make a useful clipart package of public
domain images for use in word processors. Packages also include a
cross-platform viewer/editor written with Python/wxWidgets. It contains
about 6,300 pieces of non-transparent PNG clip art, which is exactly what
AbiWord prints and scales well. It has been optimized for use in all word
processors (scaled down, midtones expanded for inkjet print quality, etc.)
It is suitable for documents as well as Web graphics, but also has business
application (credit cards, promo graphics) and educational uses (pictures
of all US presidents, all country flags, all US states, historical
figures, and a sign language alphabet).

Changes: Only one code tweak in the viewer; the update to the clip art was
substantial. The collection can be browsed on-site, but the complete
collection and viewer are packaged and downloadable. The smaller package
(the one with the viewer source code) is 119 MB.
