barcode formats entirely within level 2 PostScript, so that the process of
converting the input string into the printed output is performed by the
printer itself. This avoids the need to re-implement the barcode
generation process whenever your language needs change. The project
supports most major barcode formats including EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E,
ISBN, Code 128 (A, B, and C), Code 39, Interleaved 2 of 5, Postnet, Code 2

Changes: The logic for guarding whitespace in EAN symbols was migrated
from the encoders to the renderer. The whitespace guard symbols are now

~/.thumbnails directory, where they are shared with other applications
conforming to the same standard. This will speed up thumbnail loading when
thumbnails have already been created for the files being viewed. Thumbnails
for images in archives can be stored in a similar way, but due to
restrictions in the freedesktop.org standard they will be stored in

management information and exports in PDF and Excel, and reports and
invoices in RTF format. Installation is done using a simple script, and a
clear manual is included. It's available in all major languages.

Changes: The main focus in this release is FormFinity, which enables
entities to have their own HTML forms. Users (and profiles) can be
authorized to use only a specific set of forms. When a user with rights to
multiple forms wants to add an entity, he/she gets to choose from the
available forms. The resulting entity will always show up in that form.
There are numerous other new features, bugfixes, security improvements,
and even some increased performance.

About: FLoP is designed to gather alerts with payload from distributed
snort sensors on a central server and to store them in a database
(PostgreSQL and MySQL are supported). On the sensor, the output is written
to a process called sockserv. This process is threaded; one thread receives
and buffers the alert packets, and the other thread forwards them to a
central server. The output is decoupled from snort, which can proceed in
sniffing instead of waiting for the output plugins. At the central server,
a process called servsock gathers all alerts from the remote sensors and
feeds them to the database. A short description of alerts with high
priority together with the database ID can be sent via email to a list of
recipients.

Changes: A control thread was added so that some parameters can be chaned
during runtime. The restriction of one snort process per sensor was
removed. This way it is also possible to encrypt the communication via
stunnel or an SSH tunnel. If the server process gets terminated (SIGINT or
SIGTERM), then all cached alerts are save in swap files. The new
(unofficial) scheme 107 is supported, and the configure script was
enhanced. Recreation of pcap files is now possible on 64-bit systems. Some
bugs were fixed.

saved.

Changes: A leading '~' in path name configuration parameters is now
expanded to the user's home directory. Path names can be displayed in
their platform-specific form or in a reduced "UNIX style" in which path
name components are separated with '/' and the user's home directory at
the start of the pathname is replaced with '~'. The user interface was
prepared programatically for locales that are associated with languages

About: JSBSim is a multi-platform flight dynamics model. The FDM is
essentially the physics/math model that defines the movement of an
aircraft under the forces and moments applied to it using the various
control mechanisms and from the forces of nature. JSBSim has no native
graphics. It can be run by itself as a standalone program, taking input
from a script file and various aircraft configuration files, or it can be
run as an integrated part of a larger flight simulator implementation that
includes a visual system. The most notable usage example is the FlightGear
simulator. JSBSim models the aerodynamic forces and moments by the classic
coefficient buildup method.

About: Zim is a WYSIWYG text editor written in Gtk2-Perl It aims to bring
the concept of a wiki to your desktop. Every page is saved as a text file
with wiki markup. Pages can contain links to other pages, and are saved
automatically. Creating a new page is as easy as linking to a non-existing
page. This tool is intended to keep track of TODO lists or to serve as a
personal scratch book.

Changes: This release adds a menu bar using UIManager. As a result, a
number of key bindings were reassigned and several bugs were fixed along
the way. It now depends on GTK+ 2.4.0 or higher.
