About: A Simple Version Control System is an easy to install and easy to
to use version/revision control system. It differs from most other version
control systems in that it is designed to keep track of files in place. It
does not allow any changes to be made to files; all changes require the
users to change files externally with FTP or SSH access. It is very easy
to set up and use. Users do not need to work with repository, branches,
commit, and check-out files. All a user needs to do is upload the changes
files and click Update, or if enabled, just wait for it to be updated
automatically.

About: AcpiTool is a Linux ACPI client. It's a small command line
application, intended to be a replacement for the apm tool. The primary
target audience are laptop users, since these people are most interested
in things like battery status, thermal status and the ability to suspend
(sleep mode). The program simply accesses the /proc/acpi or /sysfs entries
to get or set ACPI values. A computer running a Linux kernel from the 2.4.x
or 2.6.x series with ACPI enabled is needed. It also supports various
extensions for Toshiba, Asus, and IBM Thinkpad laptops.

Changes: This release also calculates an estimated total runtime left when
2 batteries are installed.

About: Botan is a C++ library of cryptographic algorithms. It includes a
wide selection of cryptographic algorithms (including AES, DES, SHA-1,
RSA, and DSA, among many others). It also support X.509 certificates and
several common certificate-related formats and protocols. It has a high
level interface, is easily portable to most systems and compilers, and
includes a substantial tutorial and API reference.

Changes: This release integrates assembler code for x86 and x86-64, which
increases public key performance by several hundred percent in many cases.
The pool allocator uses smarter algorithms for searching its free list.
There were also many bugfixes, including fixing an off-by-one in the
Karatsuba multiplication code and some sign-handling problems in the
division code, as well as some more trivial issues.

computer repair industry. Cite CRM is a complete CRM with everything a
mobile computer repair company would need. It makes it possible for work
orders to be closed at a customer's residence so that they can be

location.

Changes: Quite a few bugs were fixed. The installer was improved. Several
issues that showed up with PHP5 and MySQL 5 were fixed. The CRM has had
lots of testing on Windows setups. Parts management and integration was
added. You can now order parts through the online ordering system and the
orders will integrate into your work orders. There are ordering locations
across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

About: Defendguin is a clone of the Williams arcade classic "Defender."
Instead of humanoids, you rescue penguinoids, and instead of alien UFOs
abducting them, it's a certain monopolist we all know.

Changes: Joystick button and axis configuration was added to the Options
screen. A record of the high score was added. The high score and the last
scores/levels are stored to disk. Image files were converted to indexed
format, saving 1MB of disk space. Image files were corrected to remove
white artifacts seen on 24bpp and 16bpp displays. Some BMP files that were
not loadable in Gimp and other viewers/editors have been fixed using
Kuickshow.

installation where if there was an error during installation (such as a
table failing to be created) it would still show the admin user/pass.
Contact has been improved a bit. The "style" of the email sent has also

About: e3 is a full-screen, user-friendly text editor with an interface
similar to that of either WordStar, Emacs, Pico, Nedit, or vi. It's
heavily optimized for size and independent of libc or any other libraries,
making it useful for mini-Linux distributions and rescue disks. The
assembler version supports Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD, Win9x, QNX,
Atheos, BeOS, ELKS, and DOS. There is also a separately distributed
version written in C which supports some other Unix versions and CygWin.
It is also possible to use regular expressions by using child processes
like sed. e3 has a built in arithmetic calculator.

Changes: UTF-8 support for Linux was enhanced. Some bugs were fixed.

About: Extended Python Debugger is a (slightly) more complete debugger for
Python than the stock pdb.py debugger. It supports a "restart" command and
stack traces that show fewer ?'s and give better information for exec
statements. Stepping/nexting skips over method/function "defs". It tries
to follow gdb's command set unless there is good reason not to.

Changes: A lot of important changes were made, and changes that will
facilitate growth and increase stability. The ability to do non-
interactive POSIX-shell line tracing was added. Documentation was added
and is greatly revised from pdb.py. Regression tests were added.

it uses novel code generation and runtime self optimization techniques

About: FunionFS is a union filesystem for the FUSE driver that allows a
small read-write filesystem to be superimposed on read-only media such as
a CD-ROM. It is useful for live CD distributions or systems storing files
in a PROM or a compressed filesystem such as CRAMFS.

Changes: There are bugfixes when copying from the read-only filesystem to
the read-write one. This impacts the "mknod", "mkdir", "symlink",
"rename", and "link" functions. These functions are now working correctly
in any conditions. A bad bug in the "link" function has been fixed. When
doing "ls", the status of symbolically linked files was not correctly
read; this has been fixed.

About: nut is nutrition software to record what you eat and analyze your
meals for nutrient composition. The database included is the USDA Nutrient
Database for Standard Reference, Release 18, which contains 7,146 foods and
136 nutrients. This database contains values for vitamins, minerals, fats,
calories, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, etc., and includes the essential
polyunsaturated fats, Omega-3 and Omega-6. Nutrient levels are expressed
as a percentage of the Daily Value, the familiar standard of food labeling
in the United States, but also can be fully customized. Foods can be added
from recipes or food labels, and nutrient intake can be graphed. The
program is completely menu-driven and there are no commands to learn.

Changes: This release fixes a bug in which customized fat percentages were
not properly set at the calorie default of 2000, although it worked at
other calorie settings. Changes were made to the essential fatty acid
reference values which, for instance, call for more Omega-3 as Omega-6
levels rise.

About: Thrust is a rewrite of the classic Commodore 64 game of the same
name, ported to Un*x and MSDOS. The object of the game is to lift the
Klystron Pod from the bottom of a cave and return it safely to space. The
Pod is very heavy (compared to the ship), and this makes it tougher than
it may seem. You must be careful not to run out of fuel, crash into the
cave walls, nor let the enemy artillary outposts shoot you down.

Changes: GGI support was added, which finally takes Thrust out of the
8-bits-per-pixel jail. Various improvements were made in the graphics,
making it even closer to the original. Keyboard configuration changes are
now saved in .thrustrc. Automake is used for building.

About: Xlit is a program for converting text from one writing system into
another. It allows the user to define a transliteration simply by typing
the input strings in one window and the strings to which they are to be
mapped in another. Transliteration may be restricted to regions bounded by
specified delimiters or their complements. Xlit can also convert one type
of delimiter to another, e.g. from HZ escapes to XML.

Changes: An initialization file command has been added that allows the
user to define keyboard shortcuts. Attempts to transliterate when no
transliteration has been defined or when there is no text to transliterate
are now trapped. The Help menu has been reorganized, and the menu buttons
for the various popups made into toggles. Bugs in the Save Configuration
command were fixed. Several cosmetic improvements have been made.

About: Xorio is a Web application framework for Java with an integrated
content management system (CMS). The aim of Xorio is to be a solution that
is easy to use in the beginning but still offers the ambitious user the
possibility to extend and change everything, combined with a gently
inclined learning curve. The core part is a generic implementation of the
model layer (as in MVC) called Structured Content.

Changes: Not very much is working yet and there are probably a lot of
bugs, but you can run a simple Web site on it already.
