Changes: Addresses can now be assigned to a given country.
"GroupAndHideXXX" options were provided in the config to reduce
essentially duplicated lines. Massive simplifications were made in the
code generating HTML output. Additional DumpXXX options were provided. CSS
was introduced to the HTML output. A bug where 404 error history was being
ignored was fixed. A discussion email list is now available.

About: ByteName is a tool that for each byte of the input prints a line
consisting of the byte offset, the hex value of the byte, the octal value
of the byte, and its description in Latin-1, Latin-2, WinLatin1,
WinLatin2, or EBCDIC. A command line flag suppresses printing of lines
corresponding to ASCII characters, which is useful for locating stray
non-ASCII codes.

Changes: The usage message was corrected. A problem where execution with
no arguments triggered an error was fixed.

About: Command Line Content Management System (clcms, pronounced
"clickmas") is not a dynamic CMS, but a script that takes a source tree
and creates a Web site out of it. The most important design goals are:
Updates should be possible with a terminal and an editor, content is

the like for normal usage.

Changes: The wiki parser was rewritten, and is now (loosely) based on the
Wikipedia syntax. A little conversion tool (called

About: Hwrt is a shell script that crawls through a hypertext web on your
local filesystem, replicates it in a directory of your choice, and syncs
the resulting page set to a remote host. It has rudimentary support for
Apache MultiViews and access files; it cleans up stale files in local and
remote targets; and it generates plain-text sitemaps that you can submit
to Google. Hwrt tries to rely only on bare shell essentials for its core
functionality and should run on minimal installations.

Changes: Support for command line switches/options, verification files,
and log levels has been added. A user manual has been written and is now
available on the project site. The distribution tarballs now include the
traditional COPYING, NEWS, and README files, as well as the aforementioned
manual rendered as plain text in a file named HOWTO.

different character set environments. It is especially suitable for
European users who occasionally talk on Japanese channels. It requires a
fully UTF-8 compatible IRC client, and can talk in ISO-8859-*,
ISO-2022-JP, SHIFT-JIS, and UTF-8 encodings. Encodings can be configured
on a channel-by-channel basis, and heuristics are used to determine the
encoding of each character of traffic.

with multilayer TCP/IP stack checks. It implements a framework based on

servers in the LVS server pool is down, keepalived informs the Linux

About: Msort is a program for sorting files in sophisticated ways. Records
need not be single lines. Key fields may be selected by position, tag, or
character range. For each key, distinct exclusions, multigraphs,
substitutions, and a sort order may be defined. Comparisons may be
lexicographic, numeric, numeric string, hybrid, random, by string length,
angle, date, time, or ISO8601 timestamp. Optional keys are supported.
Msort uses the Unicode character set and provides full Unicode
case-folding. The basic program has a somewhat complex command line
interface, but may be driven by an optional GUI.

Changes: Space characters (as defined in the current locale) are now
ignored in numeric keys so as to prevent errors from arising when records
are not lines and fields are not lines and field-final whitespace is
encountered. Otherwise msort will think that the field does not consist
entirely of numbers. The configure script now checks for libtre so that
its absence will be detected prior to compilation.

access to the file system in the form of a graphical hierarchy of files
