About: AntiRight is a lightweight and scripted desktop environment. The
arshell utility is used to interface the X toolkit in use with the shell,
thus allowing X applications to be written with shell scripts. A sample
implementation script, ACE, serves as the definition of the AntiRight
Desktop Environment, and all necessary desktop environment utilities are
implemented therein.

Changes: The distribution was simplified in order to reduce the
distribution size and general project structure. Support for NetBSD's sh
was added, removing the bash dependency for ACE execution. Building on
NetBSD was refined such that libraries located in /usr/pkg are now
detected. The whole desktop window in ACE has been phased out in favor of
the traditional panel. This allowed for the removal of unnecessary
pixmaps, further reducing project size.

where users are able to define brand new polymer chemistries (within the

polyxedit module). The framework allows full customization of every aspect
of the polymer chemistry being defined, and of the way the polymer
sequences are graphically displayed. This program was formerly called
"polyXmass".

Changes: Fixes a bug that would occasionally crash the application while
opening the About window. Changes the implementation of the About window
from homemade to the GtkAboudDialog implementation. This new
implementation fixes the bug. Minor GUI changes. In particular, the
green/red flags in the sequence editor have explanatory tooltips, and one
flag that was a remnant of a previous version has been removed. Note that
only the polyxmass-bin package needs an update, as the libpolyxmass
dependency is not affected.

researchers, and students. It is a base of robust and high performance
code common to most 3D projects. It is not a standalone graphics or game

graphics project. The library has two parts: G3D for pure math, and GLG3D
for interacting with hardware acceleration via OpenGL. You can use G3D
without GLG3D if you want to use another 3D API (like DirectX) or don't

manual, cross-platform multithreading, and framebuffer and renderbuffer
support. Furthermore, there are many code optimizations and a high

1.1 variant UUIDs of version 1 (time and node based), version 3 (name
based, MD5), version 4 (random number based), and version 5 (name based,
SHA-1). UUIDs are 128-bit numbers that are intended to have a high
likelihood of uniqueness over space and time and are computationally
difficult to guess. They are globally unique identifiers that can be
locally generated without contacting a global registration authority.

Changes: The uuid_export() function was fixed by fixing the internal
uuid_s[ar]printf() functions which require the backup of "va_list"
arguments between subsequent processing. The Perl API's "export" function
was fixed by not taking over NUL-termination character under

About: strongSwan is a complete IPsec and IKEv1 implementation for Linux
2.4 and 2.6 kernels. It interoperates with most other IPsec-based VPN
products. It is a descendant of the discontinued FreeS/WAN project. The
focus of the strongSwan project is on strong authentication mechanisms
using X.509 public key certificates and optional secure storage of private
keys on smartcards through a standardized PKCS#11 interface. A unique
feature is the use of X.509 attribute certificates to implement advanced
access control schemes based on group memberships.

Changes: If the native netkey IPsec stack of the Linux 2.6 kernel is used,
then "ipsec status" now displays the precise time interval that has elapsed
since the last use of each active eroute. This information is also used by
the Dead Peer Detection protocol to detect recent ESP traffic.
strongSwan's "ipsec" runlevel startup script now calls the fast "ipsec
starter" command. The starter's parser was extended to recognize the
"auth=ah" option in ipsec.conf.
