About: ADODB is a set of advanced PHP database abstraction classes. It
supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, Interbase/Firebird, Informix, Sybase SQL
Anywhere, Oracle, MS SQL 7 and 2000, SAP DB, Sybase, DB2, FrontBase,
Foxpro, Access, Netezza, LDAP, ODBTP, ADO, and generic ODBC. A metatype
system is built in, making it possible to figure out that types such as
CHAR, TEXT, and STRING are equivalent in different databases. It also
features portable database creation, database-backed session support (with
encryption), SQL performance monitoring, and database health checks.

Changes: This release can cache table metadata (field names, types, and
other info such primary keys). It only updates fields that have changed.
Variable ref errors in adodb-ado5.inc.php have been fixed. There is a
Mysqli setcharset fix using method_exists(). The adodb-perf.inc.php
CreateLogTable() code now works for user-defined table names. An error in
ibase_blob_open() has been fixed. This release no longer includes
auto_increment fields in replace().

About: Apache mod_suid allows per-vhost execution of scripts under their
own UIDs. It functions in a way similar to Apache's perchild MPM, but
differs in a number of ways. It does per child user/group switching; the
Apache MPM makes switches based on vhosts. All processing is done under a
specific UID/GID, including PHP and mod_perl scripts.

Changes: Major code cleanups were done. The -DBIG_SECURITY_HOLE
compile-time option is no longer needed on Linux. The lsm_rsuid LSM kernel
module can be used, which prevents root exploits.

About: Blossoc is a linkage disequilibrium association mapping tool that
attempts to build (perfect) genealogies for each site in the input, score

number of heuristics that are not guaranteed to build true trees, but have

About: Kernux is a fully kernel-mode HTTP daemon for Linux. It works as a
kernel module, like a device driver. It uses low-level socket operations
to handle the client requests. Kernux consist of a number of threads

connection from a wait queue, maintained at the OS level and serves it.

About: MyJgui is a light-weight graphical user interface for MySQL
databases. It aims to be easy to use for new users as well as experts.

Changes: Error messages are displayed upon failed login. Blob handling was
added into the data grid, along with "Blob viewer". The limit boxes of the
"Content of table" in the toolbar are editable. The "SQL Details" tab pane
shows the query execution time. Popup menus are shown after right clicking
the database tree, and these contain basic options such as "truncate
table", "drop table/database", and "refresh". The cells in the data grids
