About: Absolute OS is a fast Slackware derivative Linux distribution that
uses a Icewm and ROX-Filer window/file manager combination. It comes with
Firefox, The GIMP, MPlayer, K3B, Azureus, Gaim, Frostwire, Gftp, StarDict,
and many other titles all set up and ready to run. Several utilities are
included to ease configuration and management. It is compatible with all
Slackware 11 packages and can be installed just like a Slackware disk,
except that any choice of packages is removed, as it just installs
everything.

Changes: The Filefinder was fixed. XMMS was replaced with Audacious and CD
audio playing now supports direct sound (no cable) by default. An MPlayer
update includes support for ffmpeg conversions (memcoder) and it can now
play .flv (Flash movie) files standalone. Firefox 2.0.0.1 was included. An
email notification setup fix was made.

page etc. Main features include reload resistance, hostname resolution,
proxy workaround, and blacklist.

Changes: This release adds support for many robots, many browsers, and
some operating systems, most mobile browsers, some rare user agents like
the PSP, a favorite weekend mod from the forums (it colors the weekend
days differently), a regression suite to evaluate the correctness of
expressions (currently not linked; open show_regression.php to run it),
and color in detailed stats for access of the local IP address to spot
yourself in the log. The ip2ext database has been updated.

drive for files using pattern matching on meta-data. It extracts
file-format specific meta-data using libextractor and builds a suffix tree

possible to do full-text indexing using the appropriate libextractor
plugins. It also supports using FAM to keep the database up-to-date.

About: File rename utils are powerful bash utilities that enable various
file renaming actions. These include upper and lowercase conversions and
renaming files numerically or by character substitutions. Other programs
include a KDE-compatible trash can, a swap utility, and renaming of HTML
file and directory pairs. Man page documentation is provided.

Changes: A very handy text utility, 'fromto', was written, which performs

About: UDIG (User-friendly Desktop Internet GIS) is a spatial data viewer
and editor with emphasis on the OpenGIS standards for Internet GIS, the

library, a GNOME applet, and two command-line tools. It can conjugate
verbs and analyze conjugated verbs to determine their mode, tense, and
person. The knowledge base contains over 6800 verbs.

revercher, and reverdir have been removed. An error with the verb falloir
was fixed.

About: Webalizer Xtended is an extension of Webalizer which adds a number
of features and improvements, such as monthly statistics for all "404 Not
Found" errors, including the number of the "404 Not Found" requests and
the corresponding 404 URLs. Furthermore, all colors of the statistics can
be defined by the user. It also fixes several (security-related) bugs in
the original Webalizer code and contains the Geolizer patch to generate
faster and more reliable geographic statistics than the default DNS suffix
method.

Changes: An additional pie chart was added for all response codes. The
"nofollow" option was added to reduce referrer spam. Language files were
updated. The 404-error sorting-algorithm was modified. Some captions which
did not correspond with the human-readable transfer size captions were
fixed.

the contents from tar, zip, rpm, deb, and cpio archives, as well as

designed to allow easy navigation and manipulation of XML documents. XSH
may be used either interactively or for off-line XML processing (like
