About: AIMLBot (Program#) is a small, fast, standards-compliant yet easily
customizable .NET DLL implementation of an AIML (Artificial Intelligence
Markup Language) based chatter bot. It boasts cross-platform
compatibility, a modular architecture, a simple and logical API, standards
compliant AIML support with the option for extensions via custom tags, very
small size (currently only 52k), and very fast performance (over 30,000
categories processed in under a second).

Changes: This release solves the "shadowing" problem that might affect all
AIML interpreters that generate normalized paths in a non-standard way

About: Bartlby is a network and system monitor, completely written in C,
to provide a scalable framework with the ability to monitor networks of
various sizes. It consists of a core daemon, several plugins, and a Web
GUI (PHP extension). The core daemon checks (over active/passive TCP)
services/hosts and notifies users in case of critical service conditions
(mail, SMS, ICQ, and custom triggers are supported). Bartlby provides an
open plugin interface to give every administrator an easy to use option to
extend the plugin base, and a fully customizable GUI (written in PHP using
a C extension). Nearby everything can be controlled via an XML interface.

Changes: The rights system has been modified so that the UI and the Core
share the same configuration for visible/selected services and servers.

About: Goblin Hack is the world's first and probably last
smooth-scrolling, ASCII-graphics-based, OpenGL accelerated, rogue-like
dungeon game. The brave and noble warrior must navigate through random
dungeons, picking up goodies and picking off baddies along the way. Quiver
in fear at the ASCII fireball-breathing Dragons, Beholders, Vampires, and
even the occasional Goblin.

Changes: Fallen fairies, treasure stealing sprites, and imps were added
along with white witches, moving walls, firebugs, and their nests.
Chocolate and sherbet slime-molds were also added. There are now also
armories, pantries, and corpses. Graphics are now faster. Save/load should

About: RefDB is a reference database and bibliography tool for SGML, XML,
and LaTeX documents. This is an attempt to provide most of the
functionality of commercial packages like Reference Manager or EndNote in
a platform-independent tool, targeting markup languages rather than word
processors.

Changes: A problem was fixed with the addref/updateref command, which
would occasionally report an error although the command in fact succeeded.
A possible segfault in the checkref command was fixed too. Bibliographies
now accept references without any titles.

About: screen-scraper is a tool for extracting data from Web sites. It
works much like a database that provides access to the information of the
Web. It provides a graphical interface allowing you to designate URLs,
data elements to be extracted, and scripting logic to traverse pages and
work with scraped data. Once these items have been created, screen-scraper
can be invoked from external languages such as .NET, Java, PHP, and Active
Server Pages. It can be scheduled to scrape information at periodic
intervals, and can automatically write extracted data to CSV files.

legal accounting with the health insurance companies. tinyHeb can produce
paper and electronic bills, and meets the legal requirements of §301a,

Emmendingen, which means that the midwife is allowed to send electronic
billings to all AOK and the most BKK's in Germany after a very short
