About: cxxtools is a library of unrelated but useful C++ classes. It
contains an argument parser, a base-64 encoder/decoder, a C++ interface to
iconv, md5-stream for easy MD5 calculation, threading classes, socket
classes, a dynamic exception-safe buffer, a wrapper for dlopen/dlsym, a
pool template (e.g. for a connection pool in a multi-threaded
application), query_params, and a class for easy parsing of CGI parameters
(GET and POST) in a CGI program.
Changes: This release has simple wrappers for fork(2) and pipe(2), and a

About: Dada Mail is an intuitive, Web-based email list management system,
which runs on any hosting account that can execute custom CGI scripts.
Dada Mail is also a conceptual art project. Dada Mail handles double
opt-in/opt-out subscriptions, and can send complex announce-only and/or
discussion mailing list messages. It also provides archiving, viewing,
searching, resending, and syndicating (through RSS or Atom) sent messages.
Dada Mail produces valid XHTML and sticks to best practices when creating
email messages.
Changes: This release fixes bugs found in the 2.10.12 series of Dada Mail.
This release also has a few interesting new features. A new FAQ on email
sending has been bundled. The SMTP engine has moved from Net::SMTP to

About: g4u ("ghost for unix") is a boot-floppy/CD that allows one to
easily clone PC hard disks by using FTP. This is often done to deploy a
common setup on a number of PCs. The floppy/CD offers two functions: it
uploads the compressed image of a local hard disk to an FTP server, and
then it can retrieve that image via FTP, uncompress it, and write it back
to disk. Network configuration is fetched via DHCP. As the hard disk is
processed as an image, any filesystem and operating system can be deployed
using g4u. Easy cloning of local disks as well as partitions is also
supported.
Changes: This release includes updated drivers based on the latest
development version of NetBSD, a complete overhaul of the build system to
remove the 2.88MB size limit, and availability of contracts for technical
support over the previous release.

About: L7-filter is a packet classifier for Netfilter that identifies
packets based on application layer (OSI layer 7) data. This means that it
is able to classify packets as HTTP, FTP, Gnucleus, Kazaa, etc.,
regardless of ports. It complements existing matches that classify based
on port numbers, packet length, TOS bits, and so on. Combined with Linux
QoS, it allows for full layer 7 packet shaping.

About: LinuxConsole can be started from CD/DVD, Hard disk, floppy disk,
USB disk, or network card (PXE). The 'console' word doesn't mean that it
is started in 'console' mode, but is meant to symbolize the simplicity of
using it. This distribution is as simple to use as a games console: you
can start applications without installing them. It is a live CD, and all
hardware should be auto-configured at first boot. LinuxConsole is modular:
there is a common base (device detection, GUI) and optional modules for
multimedia, communication, and servers.
Changes: A lot of work and testing have been done to respect all specs.
The main new feature is the ability to be installed from MS Windows (95 to
XP) without modifying partitions. Booting speed has also been improved. A
lot of drivers are available (including ndiswrapper). You have a choice
between two kernels (2.4.33.3 and 2.6.18.2) and a lot of window managers
(GNOME2, KDE3, IceWM, fluxbox, XFCE, e16, freevo, MythTV).

About: zzuf is a transparent application input fuzzer. Its purpose is to
find bugs in applications by corrupting their user-contributed data, which
frequently comes from untrusted sources on the Internet. It works by
intercepting file and network operations and changing random bits in the
program's input. zzuf's behavior is deterministic, making it easier to
reproduce bugs.
Changes: Zzuf can now select which parts of the input it will fuzz. The
readv, pread, recv, recvfrom, and recvmsg functions were implemented, as
