About: Freedup finds and eliminates duplicate files by linking them, and
thus reduces the amount of used disk space within one or more file
systems. By default, hardlinks are used on a single device, symbolic links
when the devices differ. A set of options allows you to modify the methods
of file comparison, the hash functions, the linking behavior, and the
reporting style. You may use batch or interactive mode. Freedup usually
only considers identical files, but when comparing audio or graphics
files, you may elect to ignore the tags.
Changes: Some variables were not initialized under certain circumstances,
which could make freedup fail with SIGSEGV in interactive mode. In
interactive mode since version 1.4, all identical files were displayed,
whether already linked or not. This now obeys the rules, e.g. given by
"-H". The linkage reports in interactive mode are now supposed to be
correct (non-zero) again. Statistics for deleted files (only possible in
interactive mode) are added, too. If using "extra styles" in interactive
and batch mode, you may influence linking direction by file size (i.e. by
existence of tags).

About: OmniSync is a driver for NTPd for people who are
firewall-challenged. It enables systems to synchronize time when port 123
(UDP) is blocked. It allows you to sync against the daytime service (port
13 tcp/udp), time (port 37 tcp/udp), http and https (both also via proxy
server). It doesn't directly set the clock but uses NTPd for this, as this
enables you to have multiple time sources as well as bad-chimer detection,
etc.

About: Partyman is a simple double-deck audio player that keeps on playing
as long as it's running. If it finds entries in its own playlist, these are
played, otherwise random tracks are chosen. It also crossfades between the
tracks automatically. The main purpose for this program is providing some
background music for a party, respecting requests. It is based upon Qt4
and uses DerMixD as a backend.
Changes: Besides several smaller bugfixes, there are two new features:
command line options for some parameters like crossfade timeout, and
communication with DerMixD. This release also accepts drops from other
applications, e.g. Konqueror.

Changes: Much better command line capabilities. Fast and very easy to get
started compared with gnuplot, gnu graph, and others. Use the command line
or an option file.

About: Tournament Pool and Bracket Tracker contains everything you need to
run a tournament pool. It supports small groups or organizations who wish
to provide an NCAA basketball tournament pool without a lot of
administrative work in calculating up-to-date results and possibilities.
Though it was built with the NCAA tournament in mind, it should be able to
handle most other sport tournament pools. Once a tournament is underway,
users can keep track of their progress as the administrator for a
tournament updates the results of games. Pool adminstrators can choose
from many different scoring systems.
Changes: This release adds 16 feature requests and changes the license to
the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. Administrators can list,
delete, or remove anything that can be created in the interface that isn't
used elsewhere. Interface navigation was improved and cleaned up. A new tie
breaker has been added, called the "Upset Prediction Delta". The system
will also analyze any pool and add comments to indicate winners, the
maximum rank a player can attain, who each player is rooting for, and who
is out.
