[001] - AgileWiki 11.5b (Element Model)
  by Bill la Forge (http://freshmeat.net/users/laforge49/)
  Sun, Dec 7th 2008 11:01

Database
Documentation
Information Management

About: AgileWiki is an SDK for assembling software systems which are
fluid, easily configured and can be reorganized on-the-fly to meet ever
changing requirements. It includes a COW-based database, the Rolonics
programming paradigm, and semantic inferencing.

Changes: ArkDbReference was not applying the RolonInitialized event to the
sub-ark when it was created. This has been fixed. The addKeyword command
now also applies to sub-arks. Online documents now cover theory of
operations.

  Sun, Dec 7th 2008 16:28

Software Development :: Libraries

About: Backtrace is a C library that replicates the bt functionality from
gdb. This can be used on code as it is developed and on live code, to allow
function stack tracing without having to run under gdb. This library will
display the file name, function name, and line number in the backtrace, and
will work even with a stripped binary.

Changes: Code cleanup and changes bought on by changes to the logfile
library.

[004] - Bitvector Library 1.0.2
  by Tim Gurney (http://freshmeat.net/users/offswn/)
  Sun, Dec 7th 2008 16:39

Software Development :: Libraries

About: Bitvector is a C library that allows you to use strings rather than
ints for internal flags. On many platforms, ints are limited to 32 bits and
are thus limited to 32 flags available for a given flag variable. Bitvector
uses a resizing char array for flags, allowing much greater flexibility for
flag management.

[016] - HAproxy 1.3.15.7 (Development)
  by Willy Tarreau (http://freshmeat.net/users/wtarreau/)
  Sun, Dec 7th 2008 10:34

Internet :: WWW/HTTP
System :: Networking

About: HAproxy is a high-performance and highly-robust TCP and HTTP load
balancer which provides cookie-based persistence, content-based switching,
advanced traffic regulation with surge protection, automatic failover,
run-time regex-based header control, Web-based reporting, advanced logging
to help trouble-shooting buggy applications and/or networks, and a few
other features. Its own event-driven state machine achieves 20,000 hits per
second and surpasses GigaEthernet on modern hardware, even with tens of
thousands of simultaneous connections.

Changes: Since 1.3.15.4, problems were fixed with hot-restart where the
old process would not always stop, cookie capture was fixed (as it was
broken since the frontend/backend split), critical startup errors are now
reported on the console, and a failing server will no longer consume
pending requests from the global queue. This last problem was the cause of
many 503 errors for some people.

[032] - Task Coach 0.71.4
  by Frank Niessink (http://freshmeat.net/users/fniessink/)
  Sun, Dec 7th 2008 09:38

Office/Business :: Scheduling

About: Task Coach is a simple todo manager to manage personal tasks and
todo lists. It grew out of a frustration that well-known task managers,
such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus Notes, do not provide
facilities for composite tasks. Often, tasks and other things to do consist
of several activities. Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks.

Changes: This is a bugfix release. Opening an old .tsk file with missing
email attachments would crash Task Coach. When merging from the same file
multiple times, existing items would be duplicated instead of merged.
