About: amforth is a Forth distribution for the the AVR Atmega
microcontroller. Once put into flash, it needs only a serial connection to
the host computer to work interactivly. New words are compiled directly
into flash, thus extending the dictionary immediately. It provides most of
the ANS94 Forth Standard plus extensions. It is written in AVR standard
assembly language and Forth itself. The main development uses Atmega8 and
Atmega32 controllers; other Atmega controllers work with small adjustments.

Changes: This release fixes a few regressions at the prompt and several
other bugs. It is now possible to use all hardware serial modules for the
prompt. The source code was slightly rearranged. A tool to easily generate
the controller specific files from Atmels XML part description files was
added.

About: clapf is an email content filter application. It includes a
statistical (inverse chi-square) anti-spam module, interfaces to several
anti-virus products, a minefield (blackhole), spam quarantine, support for
various RBL lists, training utilities, and much more. It can be used as an
after queue content filter with Postfix (including as an appliance) or via
a local delivery agent (LDA), preferably maildrop.

Changes: Token query was improved. Lots of code was redesigned and
simplified. Some hash tables were eliminated. So you should get more
performance and less memory consumption.

About: Ctioga is a command-line plotting utility. It enables users to make
publication-quality plots of data and mathematical functions quickly.
Ctioga has been designed with ease of use and extensibility in mind. It is
based on the powerful Tioga plotting library.

Changes: This version brings much better control over the look of the
legend, including a much simpler scheme for positioning, frames, background
color and transparency, legend lines unrelated to plots, and control over
the height of the lines. In addition, the text data-gathering backend was
improved to be able to split text files into subsets at blank lines (a bit
like in gnuplot). There are many more small feature enhancements and small
bugfixes.

About: fig2ps is a script for converting xfig files to PS or PDF,
processing text using LaTeX. It is intended to help typeset good quality
documents, where the font on the pictures is exactly the same as the font
in the text. The advantage it has over some other xfig exporters such as
eepic is that you compile the picture only once and not every time you
compile your LaTeX file, giving a great gain in speed with complex
pictures. It should work with LyX.

Changes: This releases features the fixing of a whole bunch of old bugs,
in particular the one that was resulting in fig2ps guessing the wrong
bounding box with --bbox=gs (the default). The manual page was rewritten
from scratch and is clearer now.

About: gWaei is a Japanese-English dictionary program for the GNOME
desktop. It is made to be a modern drop-in replacement for Gjiten, with
many of the same features. The dictionary files it uses are from Jim
Breen's WWWJDIC project and are installed separately through the program.
It features easy dictionary installation, support for searching using
regular expressions, streaming of results so the interface is never frozen,
and a simple interface that makes sense.

Changes: Testing has gone into making sure that NetBSD and Fedora work.
Even though libgnomeui was dropped as a dependency, it was not removed from
configure.ac, meaning the program was still compiling against it until now.
There is rsync functionality for updating most of the installed
dictionaries. This is much easier on the servers than reinstalling the
dictionary completely. An Italian localization has been added. The rest of
the Settings dialog has been translated into Japanese.

About: LimeSurvey (formerly PHPSurveyor) is a Web application that
interacts with MySQL, MSSQL, or Postgres to develop surveys, publish
surveys, and collect responses to surveys. Once a survey has been created,

entry screen. It includes the capacity to generate individualized "tokens",

About: LogDistiller is a log files merge and sort tool. It reads log
files, parses them into structured log events with attributes, then
classifies them according to rules configured in an XML file.
Classification results go into reports, which are published according to
the rule configuration: simply stored in a file, sent by mail, or even
added in a news feed. Some log parsers are included for syslog, Weblogic,
simple line logs, Oracle alerts, and others. Log file parsing is designed
to be easy to extend.

Changes: A LogEventTestCase class has been created to ease creating tests
when writing a custom log parser. A user mailing list has been opened. A
menu bar has been added to the GUI. There is improved regexp group handling
in the freq plugin: if negative, all groups defined in the regexp are
concatenated.

library mainly for Unix (but also ported to other platforms). It supports

messaging, XMPP (also called Jabber). Openfire is incredibly easy to setup

error in DefaultGroupProvide, certificate import, and the Flash cross
domain handler were fixed.
