[Spike] compiling SPIKE under cygwin

hello list,
does anyone have any experience getting SPIKE compiled under cygwin?
make & Makefile seems to exit early so i wrote a script to hand compile
all the main object files. 7 of these compile ok and spike_dcerpc.c does
not. I've tryed most things, so i'm a bit lost now.
any help would be great,
