Sending escape sequences to xterms via wall/talk

It's even worse than that -- there is an escape sequence which will crash
xterms.  Try setting the font to one that's only 1 point high (it doesn't
have to exist, but make sure it doesn't match a scaleable font) -- xtattr
will generate this.  Xterm will die.  People here have known about this one
for a long time -- it will even pass through mail ...
