    That was not true for Gauntlet 3.x - components that existed in fwtk were
    nearly similar except configuration, transparency and partially auth* part.
    The code was formatted a bit differently and there were minor changes but even
    variables and function names were the same.

    Thing have changed much since that, though. I don't have 5.x/6.x source but it
    was said it was almost completely rewritten.
