    Well, 10 million million bits/sec is 10 TerraBit/sec I don't know what sort
    of communication medium that may allow transfer at that rate..AFAIK even
    Fiber Optics are in the Gb ranges.
    The whole article looks to me more of using science fiction movies slang. As
    well as the idea is not new it is well known before as One time pads. It was
    strange however that none of the security experts quoted in the article made
    such a comment over the idea. Anyway as noted the article the problems lie
    not in how secure the method is, otherwise how is it gonna be implemented.
    Agreeing with u, the method of random key distribution maybe the weakest
    point in the method.
