Hi,
This doesn't really add to the discussion on One-Time pads, but I wanted to
comment on your first statement. Last I heard, researchers were able to get
over a Petabit/s with one fiber strand. Also, Teleglobe already owns some
switches that can do 800GBit/s on a single fiber. If we consider that some
fiber trunks have over 800 strands, we can't even imagine what will be
possible in a few years!
