Our Kansas City ISSA group forms study groups twice a year. The format is
approx 10 weeks with one class per week, each going over a domain. CISSPs
facilitate the study group, which still counts on self study, but for me was
a motivator and provided structure. They have a pretty high success rate
for those who are still remaining after 10 weeks. They didn't use any
specific texts, each instructor had prewritten slides and usually modified
those for their own taste. This wasn't a "pass the test" boot camp.. but
more of a discussion group to help people with difficult areas and refresh
    on others.

Does anyone have any comments on these 2 review courses?
    (http://www.vigilar.com/services_ed1_cissp.htm and www.gocsi.com and
download their catalog) Or the ISC2 CBK seminar? I'm trying to pick one
that will help me discover the gaps in my knowledge AND help fill them
prior to shelling out the $ for the test. Thanks.
