Hi,
I'm reading some papers on shared RSA key generation. In one
(Boneh's), a distributed primality testing protocol has one
process computing something different from the other processes.
I imagine that, to implement the above shared keygen in a generalised
manner, there should be some kind of leader election among the various
processes. The leader will compute the function that is different.
Anyone has references to secure leader election protocols? Or am
I totally off the tangent here?
Cheers.
