i don't assume that everybody obey to the law, i assume they don't
do illegal things without a reasonnable expectation to make
profit.
let's see in which scenario is possible if im wrong:
i hole a key, preferably a part of the key, i don't know which amount of
money i can make if i give it to the notary, i don't know the notary,
but i risk to do illegal things...
maybe im too honest but it seems unlikely to me
