It turns out the main problem with old bridge dealing problem was that
their seed was only 32 bits, so they hit repeats after a mere 2^16
hands. The new program certainly fixed that problem, although the more
review it gets, the better.

Some cosmetic changes were made, but no-one found a serious bug in the
program uptill now.
The plans are to use and distribute this program at the 2000 Olympiad in
Maastricht. You are the only ones that can stop that plan: find a bug or
