    You might be able to use CreateRemoteThread to insert your code into the
    memory space of the process with the password in question, and then search
    through the memory of that process for the string and grab it.

    It really depends on what you're trying to do. Are you trying to retrieve
    the plaintext password, alter it, or... ?
