It's not a moderated list. It just takes time to send out
1000+ individual emails. If you're near the end of
the subscriber list, it'll be a while before you get your mail.

The spam problem on coderpunks would be fixed if the list
was set to allow posts only from subscribers. If the list
manager wanted to allow posts from anonymous remailers that
change the "user" parts of their address, there is a 2-line
hack to majordomo that allows wildcards.
