    PLACE: Boalt Hall Rm. 140

Agenda: "Our agenda is a widely-held secret."
As usual, this is an "Open Meeting on US Soil", and the public invited.

This meeting is being hosted by the ChillingEffects.org people.
The ChillingEffects Clearinghouse is a joint project of the EFF
and the Berkeley, Stanford, Harvard, and University of San Francisco law
    school clinics.
Jennifer Urban and Eddan Katz will be talking.
They've been doing a lot of work on issues like Anonymous Speech, DMCA
    lawsuits,
other copyright issues, parody and fan fiction, domain names, and the
    ever-popular
"Help! I just got a Cease and Desist Notice!" support and database.

Jennifer is on a fellowship from the Venture Law Group, where she practiced
intellectual property law, and is working on Chilling Effects and on Open
    Source Licensing.
Eddan is a third year law student and has worked at the clinic for three
    semesters,
interned at EFF, and worked on briefs on some of the DMCA, 2600, and
    similar cases.

    Agenda -
            Arrive, Disorganized Discussions - 12-1:30
            Organized part - 1:30
