IIRC it is a magazine, not an accredited journal -- so while it is
IEEE it is no good if you're a prof or PhD and want to pad your resume
(or get your yearly publications).
The only journal I know of is "Journal of Computer Security -- IOS
Press". Then of course there's USENIX (which is a conference
proceeding, strictly speaking) -- what else is there ?
