[Dailydave] A shard of glass left on the bathroom floor from a light that broke long ago

at the page http://felinemenace.org/~nd/SMUDGE you can find the SMUDGE
fuzzer which has been written and modified for the last year in the
absence of any news of SPIKE 2.9 being released.

SPIKE has a very good block handling API which sets it apart from any other fuzzer previously
released. saying that now, SMUDGE uses SPIKE's principals reasonably well
and i've based the fuzzstrings on SPIKE's own.

it's actually found bugs which sets it apart from a group of released
fuzzers and are included in the download. It also fixes the biggest
problem i have with SPIKE...it's not written in python/perl. SMUDGE
scripts _are_ python scripts and it does simple conversion from .spk to
SMUDGE .py.

anywho, have a look, i love constructive criticism, which should be coming
in the truckload if anyone uses it and i too eagerly await the release of
the _best_ fault injector in the coming months.
