well, there is not that much you will find in that regard as
announcement and patches are usually coordinated on the vendor-only
closed security mailing list (vendor-sec...).
so only for stuff where a vulnerability is exposed without prior
notification leads to scrambling linux vendors trying to get a patch
as fast as possible.
But then again its not really fair game, e.g. suse is generating an
update rpm in their build enviroment for all the platforms and supported
versions, and tests them, and should therefore be usually slower then gentoo.
but graphs on that would be interesting anyway.
