INDIANAPOLIS -- A state Web site security breach in which thousands
of Social Security numbers and credit card numbers were exposed may
have been a prank by a teenager, the Indiana Office of Technology
said Thursday.

Investigators have identified a teen they believe hacked into IN.gov
and gained access to Social Security numbers for 71,000 health-care
workers and credit card information of about 5,600 people and
businesses, the office said.
