SUSPECT because there is NO true "central repository" that probably the
656 number is probably relatively "valid" for idtheftcenter.org .
Looking at my archives, datalossdb.org and attrition.org reported
something in excess of 800 breaches. and I am certain that that number
is probably only a scratch of the surface. and may or may not include
some or all of the 656 from idtheftcenter
