BEAUMONT, Texas — Personal information of about 500 current and former
Beaumont city workers accidentally was posted online.
The information, including birth dates and Social Security numbers,
was put on the city's Web site around midday Jan. 14. Beaumont City
Manager Kyle Hayes says the information was removed the following
morning.
