    But with three antennae pointing in different directions, you would
    theoretically only get interference when the source(s) of interference
    are in the "field of view" of the directional antenna.

    Of course, if the source of interference is particularly close (US
    military radio in the same base, for example), then the directional
    antennae will still pick it up.

    Maybe they've got an American spy on base who's feeding information to
    her handlers by radio burst every morning before everyone else gets into
    work.
