    This is where you start to get trouble with the law. The carriage of third
    party traffic (over the airways) for a fee requires you to have a carriers
    licence ( I think that will cost you around $10,000). You are also then
    classified as an ISP and as such required to be a member of the TIO
    (thankfully that is free).

    Simple isn't it ....
