    I have:

    kernel 2.4.1
    pcmcia-cs 3.1.24 (released yesterday)
    linux-wlan 0.3.4 w/ patch from 12/5/00

    The problem you are getting I've gotten before. What I do is copy the
    include/pcmcia dir contents from the pcmcia-cs package to
    /usr/include/pcmcia and symlink /usr/src/linux-2.4.1/include/pcmcia to
    this /usr/include/pcmcia. This will make sure everything uses the right
    version.
