Which ZoomAir card is it? Is it the 2mbit or the 11mbit version?
What linux-wlan are you using?

That light is only power. Do you get any sound when inserting the card?
Check /var/log/messages -- I do "tail -f /var/log/messages" in a window
when I insert the card, so that I see what cardmgr spits out when it finds
the card.

If messages seems to indicate that it identified the card properly, you
may only need to bring up the eth1 interface and set the route. If that's
all it is, you'll need to create an appropriate
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ entry for it. Back to that if necessary
when other issues are clarified.
Are you using the RH7 stock kernel (2.2.16-22?)?
