    vcc 5.0 is wrong, these cards usually operate at 3.3 V

    i dont know if this will solve your problem

    my wl100 cards dont work at all at 5.0 V

    try setting the card to 3.3 V

    probably, you have to do this manually by editing i82365.c or whatever you
    are using, if you want, i can send you a patch for i82365.c, which forces
    all cards to operate at 3.3 V (for pcmcia-cs 3.1.24)

    and irq42 also sounds strange... what kind of system are you using ?
