The counters in prism2 arrive at the driver via an info frame, not a
RID. The frame can be requested when you want it and they also arrive
asynchronously. Most of the MIB supported counters are present in those
info frames. For those that are not, the driver may be able to
simulate/maintain them.

If you want to work on this, that would be wonderful. Counter access has
been an undone TODO item for a long time.
