I used to work with GSM SIM cards a few years ago. If you can manage to
find a copy, GSM Specs 11.11 and 11.12 should cover most of the
information that you're looking for. Unfortunately, I never kept a copy
nor do I remember much of their content. If you can only get one of
those documents, GSM 11.11 is the one you really want. It specifies all
the GSM SIM commands.
