Libsectok is capable of using MUSCLE card reader drivers if they export IFD
version 1, but not if they only export version 2. This is only known to
work with the Todos driver (which I wrote) and the older Towitoko driver.
Libsectok is also capable of reading a MUSCLE /etc/reader.conf. It can be
built either to dynamically load the driver, like pc/sc, or it can be
statically bound to a single driver. The libsectok that ships with OpenBSD
is statically bound to the Todos driver.
That is the extent of the relationship. Other than that, it's a completely
different and incompatible interface.
