Hi,
I prefer /dev/pcsc/1 for machine independance. I just put 0x103F8 for
backward compatibility.
USB readers use a 0x20XXXX for their ChannelID
but it is not known to the driver nor the person installing the
driver. It is passed between hotplug_xxxx and the resource manager just
for recognition in pcscd.
