    It is not the card that implements it. It is the library on the host,
    that implements it. PKCS#15 requires a file system on the card. Besides
    that, it should be possible to do it with every card. One example of
    a card, which was initialized according to PKCS#15 is the FinID card,
    the Finnish passport.
