I can't find the JavaCard source code of the Musclecard applet in
mvcardedge-0.9.5.tar.gz. Is this applet designed to be proprietary or is
    it just a mistake?

Hum, again on the proprietary side, I don't think that a Microsoft Power
Point presentation is the best medium to use when communicating with
Unix users :-). Is it possible to have the presentation in html or pdf?

This Musclecard applet seams very nice and promising.
