There should be a complete GPR400 hardware manual on Gemplus site

I hadn't kept up with the GPR400 driver development and I didn't know a
PC/SC driver existed. I did make some (unpublished) stability patches
for an older driver: I found loads of ways of crashing the kernel with
it. When I have time I'll collect them together.
