        First USA and American Express are using GemPlus 412's...
Well... If you get the USB version of the AE reader it's the
GemPlus 435. They should be supported. No experience with Fleet
or Providian but if they are the other two in the Visa group that
was doing the smart card stuff (each of the three had different
"feature offerings) I would not be surprised if their readers and
cards and software were not identical underneath the logos.
