    They are. Just last night I was using my American Express branded
    serial reader to do some Cyberflex Access programming. I'm using the
    Gemplus 410 driver with no problems so far.

    I do know that it took well over a year to finally receive my American
    Express reader however. I ordered it at least 3 times before it finally
    showed up.
