Hi All-

Is there a good reason the SCARD_UNPOWER_CARD disposition is not honored
upon either disconnect or end transaction? I've noticed that with certain
cards (particularly the Gemplus 211 series of Javacards), it's very helpful
to have the ability to programmatically power down the card.

Would people be opposed to a patch that modifies winscard.c so that this
disposition functions as documented?
