well, compiling towitokos-driver

./configure --prefix=/usr \
            --with-pcsc-lite-dir=/usr \
            --enable-usb \
            --enable-debug=3 \
            --mandir=/usr/share/man

and compiling pcsc-lite with

./configure --prefix=/usr \
                --mandir=/usr/share/man \
                --enable-usb \
                --enable-daemon \
                --enable-syslog \
                --enable-threadsafe \
                --enable-debug \
                --sysconfdir=/etc

and starting my rc script

pl2303 and usbserial is already loaded by hotplug at booting time.
