Hello all,
Forgive me if i embarasse you all with my newbie question. I still confused by memory card and chip card term.
In my mind, smartcard stores information that can be manipulated by any application run at PC. I cannot see the differences between mem card and chio card....
Can you help me?
If using chip card, what can they do? Still need PC ? Or can store program and run it automatically when inserted to the reader....
Please help...
